Some time during week 3 of your twin pregnancy, the fertilized egg or zygote travels towards the uterus for implantation. You may experience some spotting at the time of implantation.
The fetus at this stage is only about 0.006 inch long. You still would not know that you are or will be pregnant.
If you have cats, just make sure you either wear gloves to clean the litter box or pass the job to your partner. Some cats may have toxoplasmosis and if you catch it, it may harm the baby.
Do not eat raw meat and wash hands and surfaces very well after handling them. Also do not forget to wash your raw veggies and fruits.
(My view: My cat was a great source of comfort during my pregnancies and I never caught any infectious diseases from my cat. You just need to be cautious and wash your hands frequently. Please do not get rid of your cat because you are pregnant now)
